My trainer and friend Lion Hannah and I up on the top of the awesome Camelback mountain. We've done this rigorous hike many times as part of my overall training program. This combined with strength training and stretching at the JCC and all the running work that we've done at the track and field has prepared me well for competition. I'm in the best shape I've been in years. We'll need to keep it up as the Pan Am Maccabi games in Brazil are in 2011.
