Preparing for the Rigors of Competition

 
My teammate Adamo and I at the top of the Camelback mountain. Intensive mountain training has really prepared my cardio and leg strength.
Randy and I at the top of Tom's Thumb - our favorite hike that we have done about 30 times the past six months.
Noel Washington and I at the J where we spent countless hours training strength, flexibility and rehabbing all of the minor injuries along the way. The best part is that Noel is joining us in Israel as the trainer for our team.
