Day 2 - Dinner in South Africa

This evening, our two South African teammates, Wiz and Mosh took us on a culinary tour of their home country at a restaurant in Brooklyn called Madiba.  Boerewors and pap, slapchips, bunichow, droewors, biltong, liver periperi, oxtail, steak and monkey glands, samoosas, Kooksisters, Melk tert and Rooibos tea.  It was outstanding!
