Today, we had a very spirited training session to wrap up our precamp at the Met Oval. Lenny has prepared us well and we are ready to depart to Sao Paolo to face our opposition as we "Go for Gold". Back to the hotel to pack up, then a sumptuous afternoon lunch at a Peruvian restaurant in Brooklyn.
